3300 Vector Control Features

🎯 Precision Vector Control

SFVC supports a 1:100 speed range, while encoder-based CLVC extends the range to 1:1000 with ±0.02% speed stability and 180% startup torque at 0Hz.

🔄 Multi-Motor Switching

Four motor parameter groups can be switched by terminals, with independent control modes and motor auto-tuning for flexible machine configurations.

🛡️ Protection and Stability

Motor short-circuit detection, phase-loss, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat and overload protection safeguard the drive system.

🔌 Industrial Networking

Modbus RTU is supported, with PROFIBUS-DP, CANlink, CANopen and programmable expansion options available according to project requirements.

Selection input: send the motor nameplate, load curve, control mode, required torque, speed range, encoder information, duty cycle, braking demand and communication protocol.
Optional configuration: LCD keypad, braking hardware, I/O expansion, programmable card, PROFIBUS-DP, CANlink and CANopen options must be confirmed before ordering. CLVC requires compatible feedback hardware.

Typical Applications

CNC machinery, winding and tension control, conveyors, cranes, mixers, compressors, extruders, textile machinery, metal processing, woodworking, printing, fans and pumps.

Installation: the manual specifies -10°C to 40°C operation, derating above 40°C, maximum 50°C, and rated use below 1,000m altitude. Install indoors in a dust-free, non-corrosive location with adequate cooling.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between SFVC and CLVC?
SFVC operates without encoder feedback. CLVC uses compatible feedback hardware for higher low-speed torque, a wider speed range and tighter speed stability.
Can one inverter store multiple motor parameters?
Yes. The 3300 provides four motor parameter groups with independent auto-tuning and control settings. Confirm the required switching logic during commissioning.
Which communication protocol is standard?
Modbus RTU is supported. PROFIBUS-DP, CANlink, CANopen and programmable control options depend on the selected expansion hardware.
Do I select G type or P type?
Choose G type for constant-torque and heavy-duty loads. P type is intended for variable-torque loads such as fans and pumps. Use motor current and duty cycle for final selection.
