24-Month Limited Warranty

IDEEI drives carry a 24-month limited warranty from the shipment date. After remote diagnosis confirms a manufacturing quality defect, the faulty parts are replaced free of charge. The exact remedy and shipping arrangement are confirmed for each claim.

What Is Not Covered

• Water ingress, incorrect wiring, improper operation, overvoltage outside the specified range, physical damage or unauthorized disassembly.
• Normal wear, consumables or damage caused by installation and site conditions outside the product specification.
• Custom-built or OEM/private-label products cannot be returned for convenience; confirmed manufacturing defects remain covered by the limited warranty.

Claim Process

• Contact sales@ideeishop.com with the order number, model, serial number, fault code and a clear description.
• Provide photos, wiring information and video requested by our engineers so the cause can be confirmed.
• Do not return a unit before receiving written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Eligibility, freight responsibility, inspection and refund timing depend on the order contract, product condition and confirmed cause. Customized orders may incur material or production costs after production begins. The formal quotation or sales contract takes precedence.

Free technical support is provided throughout product use, including installation guidance, parameter setting and fault diagnosis.
