IMPORTANT: Order Processing & Production Time
PLEASE NOTE: Many of our products are made-to-order.
After your order is placed, we require 7 to 45 days for production and preparation before the item is shipped. The exact timeline depends on your order volume and our factory’s current production schedule. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST (China Standard Time) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order is produced and dispatched, we will ship it via FedEx, DHL and UPS.
- Transit Time: approximately 7 to 25 business days from the date of shipment.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: between 14 and 70 days from order placement to arrival (handling time + transit time).
Shipping Rates & Destinations
We ship to multiple regions worldwide, including the Middle East. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific destination address and the total weight of your order. The rates displayed during checkout are the final and accurate shipping costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
IDEEI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not able to predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your FedEx/DHL/UPS tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Damages
IDEEI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@ideeishop.com and please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further instructions.
