
Open-loop elevator inverter for 2.2kW to 15kW three-phase 380V asynchronous motor systems. Sensorless vector control requires no encoder and provides 180% startup torque at 0.5Hz, elevator safety functions and flexible S-curve motion control.
The IDEEI open-loop elevator inverter uses sensorless vector control (SVC) for asynchronous elevator motors without encoder feedback. The 2.2kW to 15kW, three-phase 380-440V range combines practical commissioning with elevator-specific brake, contactor, overspeed and speed-deviation functions.
SVC estimates motor operation without an encoder or PG card, reducing feedback wiring and simplifying maintenance for suitable asynchronous motor applications.
Up to 180% startup torque at 0.5Hz and a 1:100 speed range support controlled acceleration and dependable low-speed operation.
The drive includes brake control, contactor control, overspeed protection, slow-down judgment, speed-deviation detection and motor-overheat monitoring.
Linear and S-curve acceleration, four acceleration/deceleration groups and up to eight preset speeds support application-specific motion tuning.

Suitable for asynchronous-motor passenger elevators, freight elevators, service lifts and modernization projects where encoder-free control is appropriate. Provide the motor nameplate, rated current, rated speed, elevator load, travel speed, braking resistor requirement, power supply, quantity and destination before selection.
Installation conditions: rated operation is below 1,000m altitude and from -10°C to 40°C. Derate 1% for every additional 100m above 1,000m and derate above 40°C; the stated maximum ambient temperature is 50°C.
